The hotel's location was AMAZING! I was so close to the Altstadt. The staff helped me very kindly and also provided refreshments when I arrived. Navigating the sites was easy thanks to maps provided upon check-in.
The shower was over a HIGH bath. It was difficult to get in and out of it safely. This feature poses safety concerns for older travellers especially.

This hotel's location is just amazing. It is close to everything! the staff was super friendly and always ready to help. i was able to leave my luggage before my room was ready and explore nearby shops. the bed was also one of the most comfortable i have ever slept in!
our shower was hard to use! the mount for the shower head was broken.

the location was really convenient. i could walk to most places i wanted to see. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the staff were friendly and always ready to help (i asked for directions a few times).
the room heating did not work properly. the parking entrance was difficult. i found the room to be large but not very functional. the design felt a bit cheap to me.
